Please ask yourself the following three questions:

1. Is your pet stressed? Does this manifest itself in aggressiveness, constant barking, hyperactivity, trembling, licking paws, coping, weaving or loading problems in horses, feather plucking in birds, marking behavior in cats, etc.?
   The RelaxoPet animal relaxation trainer is to be understood as a trainer and problem solver and can mainly be used in stressful situations.
2. Did you use the familiarization phase correctly? As a rule, animals need 4-5 days to get used to the trainer. You can find more details on this in the operating instructions in the top right of the menu (please note the PRO version).
3. Are there other reasons the RelaxoPet Trainer has no influence on?
   Is your animal completely healthy? If necessary, see a veterinarian.

The sound module was made with an electronic   Overload and Overcharge protection  so that the integrated LI battery can't be damaged. However, we recommend using it on battery power. Note that your RelaxoPet animal relaxation trainer PRO has two setting options (4h and continuous operation).

 The charging time of the battery depends on the USB power supply. As a rule, the fully discharged RelaxoPet animal relaxation trainer fullyb recharges in  30 to 90 minutes .You can also use the trainer during the charging process.

• During the familiarization phase, it is advisable to place the RelaxoPet animal relaxation trainer in a familiar environment for your pet, so your animal connects the RelaxoPet animal relaxation trainer, with its sounds and frequencies, to something familiar.
• We recommend to choose the audible mode. The silent mode can then be activated.
• Usually 4-5 days of acclimatization period (depending on the individual stressors of the animal) is sufficient.
• "Noise" such as TV or radio should be avoided during the acclimatization period.
• After the familiarization phase, the RelaxoPet can be used in stressful situations. If possible, activate the device about 30 Minutes before the stressor begins (e.g. before leaving the house) in audible mode.

• Several devices can also be used at the same time (e.g. one trainer in the living room & another trainer in the hallway).
• A sound overlap, sound overlay or “over-sonication” won't cause a reduction in the onset of relaxation. The relaxation can only be further intensified or deepened by multiple exposure to the sound.
  

Everyone has a different, age-related hearing spectrum. The inaudible sound waves can be perceived as SCRATCHING or ZIRPEN. This is completely normal and technically due to the frequency sound waves.
The crackling or noise is not a defect, but rather a quality feature of the frequent, deposited soundtracks.

 RelaxoPet animal relaxation trainers are subject to extensive tests. In the laboratory, possible contraindications with simultaneous use of the RelaxoPet sound modules for magnetic field therapies, low level laser treatments, low level light therapies and various electrotherapy were tested. RelaxoPet animal relaxation trainers can be used to support any therapy without loss of performance or other disturbing side effects. 

Radio waves or TV have no influence on the frequency sound waves of the RelaxoPet animal relaxation trainer and do not have a «counterproductive» effect. 

The device or the direction of the sound field has no influence on the relaxation of the animal. The RelaxoPet animal relaxation trainer can be used in silent mode while watching TV, in the car when traveling, and for all other transports. We are talking about different, high-frequency areas that have no negative influence on one another.​

Usually it's because that  NOISE-MOTION system  is still activated.
Simply slide the switch for NOISE-MOTION to OFF and the device switches off.
No additional activation is required when using NOISE-MOTION. (You can find further information on this in the operating instructions).

The RelaxoPet animal relaxation trainer can also be used when walking, riding or during transport.
We recommend the  RelaxoBag . The RelaxoBag has a snap hook that can easily be attached to a leash, backpack, belt, transport box, bird cage, breeches or saddle.
Please note the reduced relaxation area of ​​approx. 3 meters around the device.
You will notice that your dog is more relaxed during the walk or your horse is more relaxed during the ride.
Other dogs also refrain from aggressive behavior as soon as they enter the relaxation area (3 m).

According to statistics, there are now more than four USB charging options in a household. (PC, printer, USB hub, mobile power supply, car, and much more.)
All these USB charging points can be used to charge the RelaxoPet sound module.
We protect resources and our environment.

The loudspeaker dome in the sound module does not allow the subliminal sound waves to be played on external loudspeakers.
The result would be a loss of sound tracks, which would lead to a significant reduction in the relaxing, and subliminal tones.
Therefore, it is not possible to play the subliminal sound waves on other speakers.

The PRO product series has an integrated NOISE-MOTION sensor.
The sensor detects the spatial environment in the absence of the animal owner.
If there are recognizable stressors, the PRO Trainer automatically switches on for 30 minutes.
This way your animal is protected from stressors even when you are away.
The new NOISE-MOTION system is controlled by 2 highly sensitive DUPLEX microphones.
This is not a purely decibel-controlled function.
NOISE-MOTION works in different steps, which the electronic board processes accordingly (including volume / intensities / repetition frequencies).
The NOISE-MOTION system can also be used together with the PRO timer.
To do this, activate the PRO timer (selector switch to the left) and switch on the trainer using the play button. Then switch on the NOISE-MOTION sensor (selector switch to the left). The PRO Trainer works for 4 hours and then automatically switches to room detection. 

Please place the trainer in one  safe place  for all trips.
We recommend the  rear side shelf .
Select the  silent mode  while driving so that you cannot be distracted.

 We recommend installing the RelaxoPet Trainer near the place your pet spend the most time .
When using for the first time, make sure that the trainer is for your animal  not directly accessible for your pet.
In closed rooms, the sphere of activity around the device is  approximately 5 m  and in open spaces and outdoors,  approximately 3 m.

Fireworks are very stressful for all groups of animals.
With each firework, we recommend using the animal relaxation trainer in audible mode before, during and after the event. To do this, place the trainer near the animal's favorite place and start it about 30 minutes before an upcoming fireworks display.

In the event of a sudden thunderstorm, switch on the RelaxoPet Trainer in the audible sound mode.
You can adjust the volume to a comfortable volume.
You will notice how your animal relaxes immediately. Sounds caused by the thunderstorm become irrelevant.  

You will notice that the other groups of animals also participate in the relaxing sound waves, so that they also relax.

The ratio is approximately as follows:

• With the RelaxoPet PRO trainer for dogs, approx. 30% of cats also relax
• With the RelaxoPet PRO Trainer for cats, approx. 40% of the dogs also relax

In order to achieve the highest possible success, however, the appropriate RelaxoPet PRO animal relaxation trainer should be used for each group of animals, as it was specially developed for the respective group of animals and is coordinated with them.
